Defective Products

In the case of initial defects, Gran Darts will offer a replacement (part or product) based on their decision. Defective product returns are handled by Gran Darts. To report a defective item and begin the replacement process, please visit https://gran-darts.com/pages/contact-us.

Non-Defective Product Returns

Any new, unused or unwanted products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. These products must be in the original box / packaging, be unused and in like NEW condition. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for non-defective product returns. If the original order qualified for free shipping and that order would not longer qualify for free shipping after the non-defective items are returned, then a $5.00 shipping fee will be subtracted from the amount reimbursed.

Refunds

All refunds will be made in the same tender as the original order. Refunds on credit card orders will be made to the same credit card. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of the time from receive the goods.

Bulk Order Refunds
